The last of the four soul questions (by Deepak Chopra) is: “What am I grateful for?” As I ask myself this question during meditation, especially after asking the first three questions: Who am I? What do I want? What’s my purpose?, I find a sense of relaxation, my heart opens up, and I experience joy as I reflect upon feelings of gratitude in the moment.
